Instructions for Registration:

To register for the conference, please follow these instructions:

1. If you already have an ITS PaperCept PIN and password, you can use the same information to login and register.
2. If you do not have an ITS PaperCept PIN or have forgotten your password, follow the below link to request a new PIN or update your personal contact information:https://its.papercept.net/conferences/scripts/pinwizard.pl
3. After signing in, scroll down to the bottom and click on “Register Here” to start the registration process.
4. If you have already registered for the conference and need to print a receipt or confirmation email, click on your name in the menu bar (far right) and select “My transactions.”

Registration Fees:

Note that SOLI 2025 will be held exclusively in person: only in-person registrations are allowed.

The registration portal is available now, and the final paper submission deadline is 15 July 2025. The deadline for early registration is 1 August 2025. All registrations between 1 August 2025 and the conference day are late registrations based on the following table. All fees are in USD.

Conference Registration Policy:

1. Each accepted paper requires at least one paper registration for uploading the paper and having it included in the conference proceedings.
2. A paper registration covers only one accepted paper.
3. All registration modes include regular sessions, keynote speech and banquet.
4. The conference registration portal provides payment methods.

 

Additional Fees:

1. $100 per page (maximum of two beyond the nominal six-page limit). To pay for excess pages, you must first complete the final submission information about the paper in your author workspace, and then return to registration. Without that step, the excess page fee will not appear in your cart.
2. All registrations include banquet. Additional banquet ticket (for accompanying guests) cost: $50
